Public Viewing What a Response!

On Saturday June 27th the Shoreline show house was preview-launched to the general public. Again the wonderful Hastings sunshine came up trumps. While London was experiencing torrential downpours and the rest of the UK was blowing hot and cold, St Leonards-on-Sea was doing its micro-climate thing in true solar style.

The Shoreline Development has attracted a huge local interest. First, there are very few new-build houses in the town, second, the houses are a landmark eco-development in an area known for its excellent green credentials, and third, they are wonderfully unique townhouses designed by local architect Brian Beeston.

Fitted out with beautiful 20th Century antiques from Charlottes Scantique business the houses impressed everyone who walked their stairs. The crowds flowed in, stayed a while, asked a lot of questions, enjoyed the wine and panoramic views before departing reluctantly. Piers Armstrong of Smart Property Solutions held the fort while we showed the world around. In all a fabulous day. Everyone smiled and we felt proud and happy. Shoreline is a stunning development that doesn’t cost the earth.
