Property Prices Show Recovery. The Worst is Over – OFFICIAL
August 31st, 2009 Posted in NewsIt’s pretty much official. In the domestic market the bottom of the market was called some months ago. This has now been substantiated by a series of official figures that show it’s heading one way…UP. We know things have been tough firstly from a borrowing perspective and secondly from the very real recession /contraction that followed. The good news is the banks are lending again in numbers and we are are poised to enter another growth cycle. We accept that things will continue to be tough for a while but the worst is now OVER. If you are in a position to buy property take advantage of the low prices…it will not last forever. There are some good bargains around now but they will not last forever. Look for areas that have demostrated a good counter-growth…like Hastings and St Leonards…and aim to buy a house rather than a flat if possible as the demographics show they will hold their value much more effectively. http://bit.ly/1BWtP
