The Eco Magic Keeps Working

2010 has arrived and we enter the new decade after a somewhat disappointing Copenhagen Climate Change Conference.  Perhaps our expectations were too high, but whatever may have been, we can give ourselves some cheer.  The ground has shifted, most of our leaders recognise the planet is seriously challenged and there has been a tacit agreement to manage global emissions and move towards sustainability. When Phoenix Trinity Design and Build committed to taking the eco route three years ago we felt very much in the minority but that position is also now shifting.  The fact is the technology exists to heat and power our homes for a fraction of the cost both economically and ecologically.  The capital costs were initially very high to build an eco home but they are coming down. As a country we should channel greater resources to create sustainable buildings, well insulated from the elements.  We guarantee we will remain at the forefront of eco development and will incorporate the most efficient technologies in the construction of our homes.
